SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing takes around 1-2 days. After the order is processed shipping usually takes 1-7 days to reach the destination. International shipping can be subject to a slightly longer shipping time depending on the Country. Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your new garments from The Get Fresh Company.

***Please note that if your item is a pre-order the same processes occurs but starting on the release date of the item.

***Also note that If you have placed your order after 5pm on Friday parcel services do not run on weekends. We use Canada Post. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Get Fresh Company does not provide refunds but exchanges may be made on any unworn/unused/unwashed items if they are received by Get Fresh Company  in the original state that they were shipped to customer for the exact amount or less. NO CREDITS will be given on items exchanged of lesser value. Customer must provide notification of an intent to return the item to Get Fresh Company via email at info@thegetfreshcompany.com within 3 days of receiving product. Customer must pay for return and reshipment costs on all exchanged items. No exceptions will be made.
